Senior Application Development Specialist (Oracle)

الوصف الوظيفي
· Maintain, configure, monitor and Troubleshooting Oracle Application Servers

· Deploying and Managing Oracle Forms and reports using Oracle Application Server

· Develop, test, and deploy Applications according to approved designs and procedures.

· Develop test and deploy new systems integrations requirements using web services technology

· Provide front-line technical support for our in-house developed applications, and other applications/systems as assigned.

· Create and maintain software analysis, design, and Quality control documents to address business requirements.

· Develop integrations with 3rd party software and external vendors, and provide technical assistance to external vendors in the development of their integrations and customizations with our systems.

· Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of application processes.

· Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide first level support and troubleshooting of our applications.

· Manage all application administrative functions.

· Provides assistance and advice to users in the effective use of applications and information technology

· Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet the user requirements.

· Manage users’ privileges & access to ensure applications security.

· Log users’ suggestions and complains.

· Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications

· Project Management activities with senior guidance provided

· Participate in annual budget preparation and requirements

المهارات
Specific Requirements, Skills, Training & Education:

· BSc in Engineering , computer Science or any related field

· Years of specialized experience in software development

· Experience in Oracle Application Server administration under Linux

· Experience in Oracle Portal development and administration

· Experience in java web services development and administration

· Extensive experience in development with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, SQL, PL/SQL

· Experience in requirement gathering, Gap analysis , applications design specification, Quality control and integration

· Experience in Project Management life cycles , PMP Certified is Preferred

· Has training courses or certifications in the following

o Java ,SQL ,Oracle Forms ,Oracle Reports

o Unix or Linux operating system

o Systems analysis

o IT Auditing , Quality assurance and control

o Business Intelligent

o GIS

· Has years of experience working in government sector

· Mother language : Arabic
