Executive & Technical Activities
Leading technical solutioning to ERP projects in accordance to the solution designs agreed upon.
Assess Solution design and propose and develop efficient & optimized technical design.
Work closely with Solution Architect and Technical teams to ensure timely successful solution delivery.
Integrate the Business modules in proper solution designs to ensure the system & Data integrity.
Direct and monitor team member performance.
Maintain productive working relationship with team members and project leadership.
Enhance new technologies and use them in projects
Update consistently and accurately, the projects documentation.
Present efforts and estimation required to planning and prioritization of projects
Guide and develop ERP Developer
Provides technical support in the areas of: ERP administration, problem resolution, support, system testing and development. Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain data processing solutions to operate and enhance the ERP systems.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor of Science from an accredited university in an IT related field MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar
Dynamics AX technical certifications for AX 2012 or D365
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, CRM.
Excellent technical knowledge of X++, and .Net applications.
Experience:
At least 8 years’ experience on Dynamics AX 2012 / D365
At least 10 years’ experience on .Net development.
Within the past five years have participated in upgrade Microsoft AX ERP or CRM products.

Excellent communication skills needed to create documentation.
Good problem-solving skills to identify root cause of technical issues.
Strong accountability, attention to detail, and work planning skills
Experience working with a software development or technical infrastructure environment, especially in complex, transaction-intensive web-based systems highly desired.
Experience developing metrics-based analysis and process improvement measurements
Conceptual knowledge of software engineering lifecycles, technology architectures, systems integration, emerging technologies, IT process management and operations.
