Schedule, route, maintain and truck transport vehicles.
Capacity planning for daily plan & peaks.
Lead and engage in process improvement.
Develop strategy for decreasing vehicle cost and create the most efficient routes.
Create loading plan on daily basis and ensure proper communication to stakeholders and lead dispatch.
Create reports of driver productivity & routes effectiveness.
Ensure fleet availability to meet all request by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current user trends.
Plan, execute and monitor annual, monthly and daily budget, expenditure and analyze all financial objectives.
Monitoring the fleet of vehicles ensuring on time delivery
Lead corrective actions and capacity building to manage the entire fleet to achieve company objective.
Assisting in recruitment of quality drivers into fleet.
Providing Support drivers during campaigns if it requires.
Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules.
Monitoring drivers’ behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service
Supervising warehouse staff on daily activities.
Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
المهارات
Knowledge of the local market
Experience in managing customer.
The ability to communicate with all groups of people.
The ability to prepare reports and Analyzing data
College degree or equivalent required.
Previous experience not less than 3 years in the field of shipment & Warehouse.
Good English
The ability to deal with applications & systems.
The ability to deal with computer programs, Microsoft Office.
