Sales Representative Activities
Perform the day-to-day sales activities for the Personal Care, in addition to following up on orders and deliveries to achieve the monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct periodic check-ups on the floor display, implement the visibility agreement of the Personal Care in order to ensure that company’s products are located in the agreed upon store space.
Administer the inventory movement of the Personal Care within the store in order to identify low inventory levels and coordinate with the concerned support team for the provision of the required stocks/ materials.
Minimize Personal Care sales returns/damaged goods and short expiry goods by monitoring returns, implementing the depletion plan and avoiding overstocking the points of sales.
Assist the Personal Care Sales Supervisor in coordinating sales promotion activities and campaigns according to predefined budgets.
Follow up on the collection of invoices and due payments of the Personal Care, in order to ensure receivables are paid on timely basis.
Monitor slow sellers and take action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary to ensure minimum waste and returns.
Communicate the weekly visit schedules to the Personal Care Sales Supervisor to ensure timely delivery of all the required items to the assigned stores/ warehouses.
Ensure that direct Supervisors are informed well in advanced of all new orders needed by quantity and SKU.
Ensure that all sales documentation of Consumer Personal Care is maintained and recorded in their respective files.
Maintain positive relations with existing customers in order to ensure customer retention.
Handle and respond to client’s queries in a professional and effective manner to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Provide customers with the appropriate selection, sampling of products in response to their inquiries and liaise with the Sales Supervisor in order to provide customers with quotations, as required.
Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by Direct Manager.
Reports
§ Prepare and submit periodic reports to direct management pertaining to Merchandizing activities and any issues that may arise.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
§ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Work Experience
Minimum of 0 - 3 years of experience in the same or related field.
Good knowledge of the principals planning, expiry, First in First Out and product Management.

§ Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
