الوصف الوظيفي · Manage the delivery of marketing campaigns both live and through virtual means. · Delivering and execution of branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs and promotional materials. · Identifies the appropriate media channels to advertise products or services. · Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns · Understand the competition and market trends · Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategy set in place and adjust accordingly · Responsible for the logging of the invoicing and keeping track of the quotations/ payments. · Liaise with third party suppliers to ensure best prices, quality delivery and proof of delivery as per the signed quotations and expected timelines. · Responsible for raising and strengthening the brand presence. · Keep records and prepare reports of the company online channels and monitor performance liaising with the stakeholders and third parties to keep the channels up and running. · Optimizing content for search engines using keywords. · Writing and sending mass emails and communications. · Creating and editing spreadsheets and digital schedules. · Evaluating and editing websites and social media profiles · Maintains and enhances the organisation’s l programs by implementing and evaluating policies, programs and practices. · The ability to demonstrate initiatives, good interpersonal relationships, and the application of sound administrative principles. Completes and maintains all regulatory requirements like mandatory training within established time frames. المهارات · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. · Able to work independently and collaboratively with others. · Organized and able to work methodically. · Entrepreneurial, innovative, responsible and like challenges. · Able to relate to people from different cultural backgrounds.
