Initiates and supports innovative/disruptive and planned exercises as laid out by the Head STBO to create new and optimize existing business opportunities for the organization, in line with the laid out Strategy, Corporate objectives and Business Plans ensuring sustainable and profitable growth and leveraging organizational capability.
Contributes to delivering a comprehensive review of organization’s positioning and competitive intelligence, assessing market trends, market size,market outlook and new expansion
Works with business leadership team on business development opportunities, develop responses to client inquiries, create solutions, and estimate work efforts for new opportunities.
Participates in evaluating business development opportunities such as market size assessment, competitor mapping, profitability, and attractiveness assessment, identifying critical success factors, and assess the corresponding organization’s capability set.
Contributes to building a business performance framework for ongoing measurements to ensure alignment to strategy and growth initiatives, including new and existing businesses and partnerships.
Manages the company’s economic and financial viability by using management strategies, financial accounting, people planning, customer relations, and implementation of new technologies.
Leads several complex strategic projects as assigned by management and accountable for their execution and overall success.
Incorporating and Infusing Technology and Digitalization across aspects for business as a key influencer to business success
Assesses and supports the company’s various projects and initiatives to make sure they align with the company’s goals.
Supports in creating a culture of best practice, KPI measuring, and sharing within organization’s Teams.
Ensures collaboration and teamwork across businesses, thereby operational plans are well aligned to optimize resources and improve efficiency.
Turnkey Project management from planning to execution through a collaborative environment with key stakeholders
Constructive participation in all relevant meetings impacting strategy and direction of the company with tangible outcomes
Promotes and complies with established company policies and meeting organization’s and BU-specific KPIs.
Adheres to Company Health and Safety regulations and guidelines;
Performs other duties as may be assigned.
