Sr. Lead Maintenance Engineer is the fully responsible for all services for various of equipment’s , machines vehicles, trucks Monitor that aims at reaching best customer experience and delivery of equipment’s for customers making the best uptime; the responsibility include but not limited to following:
Increase customer satisfaction by providing a superior after sales support for various leading customers.
Supervise & manage all PDIs and AML activities weather at the workshop floor or at customer’s site
Allocate technical staff for assign job order to proper technical staff for troubleshooting equipment
Responsible for optimum utilization of resources available for the workshop in terms of machinery, manpower, utilities, consumables etc for the various jobs being conducted for various clients.
• To ensure that the activities of the workshop are well coordinated in order to complete the jobs received within the allocated time frame, quality parameters, class requirements and budgeted cost.
Coordinate with customers for planning and scheduling of activities prior to commencement of work and ensure appropriate approvals for the same.
Control all warranty claims with suppliers for various number of brands
Increase technical capabilities for the technical team and make sure the adhere to manufacture’s work procedures
Review work orders to ensure that all actions have been documented according to Service Workshop policies and procedures
.
Promote all types of maintenance contracts , spare parts and design packages that meets with manufacture , organization and customer requirements
المهارات
Mechanical Engineering or relevant degree is required
10 Years of experience handling workshop and services that interact directly with customers of heavy machineries or trucks or automotive
Experience handling various mechanical equipment’s , including earthmoving , trucks and heavy machineries are must
Experience working in batching plants and large maintenance activities would be preferred
Experience of not less than 3 years with dealership is preferred
Excellent communication skills and persuasive ability
Business Acumen and ability to understand clients requirements and provide full solution packages
Adherence to manufacture polices and applying them to worksites.
