الوصف الوظيفي Supports implementation of predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance activities Perform duties assignment to Centralize Maintenance Group in any plant of Kuwait Steel Works together with Mechanical Fitter, Welder, Utility Specialist and other trades in the repair of damaged or defective equipment assemblies and sub-assemblies in the whole plant Helps Mechanical Fitter troubleshoots mill equipment failures and abnormalities Helps maintain operation of overhead cranes, Water Treatment Plant and auxiliary facilities like Air Blowers and Atlas Copco Air Compressors Works with the Fitter in the alignment of machines and motors using SKF laser alignment tool Perform maintenance activities during roughing change, size change and mill breakdown when needed Helps in attending breakdowns and minimizing delays and un-planned shutdowns and conducts delay analysis المهارات Knows basic predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance principles. Knowledge in basic Plant Mechanics such as welding, cutting, machine fitting,, machine alignment and installation Knows how to read calipers, micrometers and other precision instruments. Knows how to operate infrared thermometer, vibrameter, electronic stethoscope, radial drill, power hacksaw and concrete drill. pneumatic wrench and Forklift. Knows how to operate specialized equipment/tools, such as Laser Shaft Alignment tools, induction heater, oil separator, high pressure cleaner, transfer car and overhead cranes. Ability to work as a team with other employees, work overtime and to be called for emergency breakdown.
