الوصف الوظيفي The School of Business at the Australian College of Kuwait (ACK) invites application for faculty positions at the level of Instructor and Senior Instructor levels with a breadth and width of experience in Business Management. Successful candidates will have demonstrated teaching, and research abilities appropriate to the rank of their application in the related fields of Business Management. To this end, ACK seeks experienced faculty members that are keen to be part of this dynamic institution that matches the above-mentioned academic ranks to join the School of Business – Business Management Department, potentially commencing August 15th, 2021. As per current needs, priority will be given to candidates with expertise in entrepreneurship, and business planning; however, candidates with expertise in other fields of Business Management are also encouraged to apply. Screening of applications will begin immediately and will continue until all the positions are filled. Preference will be given to the candidates who are seen to combine excellence in teaching with a demonstrated capacity to conduct interdisciplinary research that will expand and complement our current research program. المهارات Applicants must have a Bachelor and Master’s degree in a Business Management related discipline from a reputable university, and industry experience is considered a plus. A cover letter summarizing teaching and research experience; ACK has a strategic partnership with Central Queensland University (CQU) Australia. Additionally, all the programs offered by the School of Business are accredited by the American Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). The engineering programs are accredited by Engineers Australia whereas our Aviation programs are accredited by EASA as an international body and many other local Aviation regulators. Furthermore, our English Language Department is accredited by EAQUALS for its commitment to excellence in English language education. ACK is also an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization and is a member of the Association of Arab Universities (AArU).
