Plan, coordinate and lead the operation and maintenance for all the mechanical utilities of HVAC equipment’s.
Typical Work Activities:
Supervise the execution of maintenance plans concerning periodic, preventive and corrective activities.
Provide the spare parts and tools to execute the corrective and preventive maintenance and the safety equipment as well.
Responsible to perform routine maintenance inspections of equipment to identify and respond to problems in a timely manner, thus preventing breakdowns.
Participate in assessing contractors work through conducting inspections on heating, ventilation and air-conditioning units and comparing them to approved designs, as well as ensure their installation according to set specifications.
Ensure required air quality is available for continuous production.
Participate in assessing contractors work and assuring compliance to plans and specifications.
Continuous review of spare parts availability and update spare parts list of new equipment’s.
Perform regular corrective and preventive maintenance on HVAC units and equipment.
Repair or replacing worn out HVAC parts and equipment.

Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 15 plus years of experience in similar position in the field of MEP Maintenance & Facility Management.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and interact positively at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
Should be able to excellently follow through the objectives and vision of the Company’s business.
Excellent command in English & Arabic.
