Review current systems, assess risks and controls related to processes and support in designing appropriate internal controls to protect company assets
Handle Independently accounting, compliance and audit of legal entities in his/her scope
Coordinate and support Finance with Information and Analysis
Ledger scrutiny and timely reconciliation of accounts
Ensuring that Payroll processing is done on time with accuracy and control in addition to preparation of manual transfer for some sales office employees
Run Payment cycle two times every month with other payments like customer claims etc.
Petty cash documents preparation, verification, and vouching
Preparing customer invoices in English/Arabic, raising tax Invoices to customer
Inco term compliance file preparation
Passing all Intercompany journals and prepare intercompany reconciliations
Internal order creation, asset capitalization, depreciation, and settlement run
Accounting of supplier invoices, clearing of GR/IR, SR/IR & freight clearing accounts
Preparation of Balance Sheet Schedules
المهارات
Must have graduated in Accounting/Commerce
A minimum of 0-4 years of experience
Sound knowledge of accounting and internal controls.
Analytical mind set with good problem solving and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS office
Strong team orientation
Strong communication skills in English, knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage
