Benchmark City group co. compensation & benefits policies and practices against market & external competitiveness.
Manage & execute process of job evaluation & grading structure as per international standards.
Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions for existing and new positions.
Develop C&B;policies, procedures & process mapping in alignment with company objectives.
Manage all employee benefits such as medical insurances, mobile connectivity services, company vehicle & other allowances etc.
Assist HR director to implement performance management system through KPIs settings, bonus and incentive schemes.
Process employee promotions/employment change of status, manpower planning & allocation and review monthly payroll and End of service calculation.
Prepare & submit weekly/monthly C&B;and HR related reports and analytics as requested by management.
Review and update employee C&B;details in the system and maintain high confidentiality.
Handle any other tasks as assigned and instructed by HR director.

• Advanced knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) and other analytical tools in area of Human Resources
• Practical knowledge of HR policies and processes
• Knowledge of local labour laws & practices
• English & Arabic written and verbal communication skills.
