Pace is looking for a Visualizer to turn ideas, 2D plans, illustrations and sketches into 3D models that provide the client with a photo realistic look at a design concept from a completion view point. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Working closely with Directors and CEO • Provide the CAD drawings and 3D visuals for presentations that are supporting new design proposals to clients and/or managers • Creating 3D photo realistic models from architectural plans, rough sketches or real – life objects using special rendering software • CGI rendering, adding special effects and touching up to enhancing images • Creating 3D walk-throughs and fly-throughs, animations • Assisting interior designers, architects or graphic designers in design details • Applying textures and providing appropriate lighting techniques to the models

Education & Qualifications • Diploma or Degree in architecture, Design or 3d design, arch. Visualization or similar • Autodesk Certification • Certificate in CAD Management/Certificate in Auto-cad Architecture/Revit Professional Experience • 5-7 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in the Construction & Contracting industry Functional Experience • Must Possess excellent design creative, flair and positive attitude with a first-class eye for design details • Have worked in competitions and similar scale • Should be able to produce results in a fast paced environment • Must be able to work with speed and meet deadlines • Ability to produce as an individual or as a part of team • Knowledge on BIM standards and procedures • Professional Knowledge of Revit software • Knowledge of advancements in CAD software/systems • Ability to comprehend and design Architectural Details • Excellent rendering skills • Ability to interpret Architectural Design Proficient in: • Rhinoceros • Photoshop • 3D Studio Max / Corona • Lumion • Enscape • Parametric design/Grasshopper is preferable but not a must. • Photography is preferable but not a must. • Adobe Illustrator. • Adobe Premiere. • Adobe after effects Behavioural Competencies • Team player • Time management skills • Effective coordination skills • Results oriented • Communication & interpersonal effectiveness
