We are hiring a customer service agent or a call center representative for one of our business at Alghanim Industries.
Working Hours: 8AM TO 5PM
Working Week: 6 days a week
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Take inbound calls and handle/solve customer queries and issues.
Transfer the inbound call to supervisor when it’s required.
Handle calls in line with Call Centre protocols and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure data is entered correctly into systems and all data requirements are captured.
Send Knpay links for the customers.
Claim registration for individuals & corporate.
Communicate the required inquiry with other departments.
Answer customer’s queries regarding subs car.
Perform outbound calls for collection.

Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Must speak both English & Arabic
