Directly manage project development from beginning to end.
Should have independently completed project worth USD 1 M to USD 3 M
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business & project goals in collaboration with senior management.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications & submittal documents.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Track project milestones and deliverables. Ensuring the compliance of construction schedules
Liaise with Client and management with continuous basis.
Excellent communication skills.
Deal with vendors and sub-contractors for smooth functioning of Project
Design programs will be an added advantage.
