الوصف الوظيفي 2. Formal with payroll system eNfinity Knows calculations applied by Kuwait Labor Law. Document financial transactions by entering account information. Prepare cheques for the payments and get them signed by General Manager. Follow up all payments orders for suppliers and prepare cheques with the amounts as per instructions of the General Manager and financial manager. Receive expense lists, and prepare payments duly signed by requesting depts. or personnel. Keep financial records of the company in accurate way and update all information. Prepare all vouchers, with the payments and get it checked, approved and signed by the Financial Manager, DPG and General Manager on daily base. Prepare and handle cash salaries of staff, deliver and get their signatures on the receipts, under control of the Financial Manager. Collect revenues end of the day from markets and cafes cashiers and double check them with the receipts. Deposit / withdraw money from banks when requested by General Manager. Work on all financial statements and transactions in accurate way under the instructions of the Financial Manager. Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements. Correspond with other departments and make sure of all payments to be paid to suppliers. Keep financial records and files in safe place. Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Document financial transactions. Prepare, profit and loss statement and other reports. Secures financial information by completing data base backups. Prepare budget and financial forecasts as per request of the financial manager. Prepare month-end and year-end financial close process as per the manager instruction and under his control. Collect, analyze and summarize account information. Develop periodic reports for management. Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation.
