Achieve target by geography and product.
Provides timely feedback to senior management on performance, products and customer relations
Initiates and develops action plans for sale of existing products in the current market
Initiates and develops proposals and strategic plan for sale of new products and/ or exploring in new markets
Formulate merchandising standards
Initiates proactive actions to enhance sales potential with customers
Lead all negotiations with cooperatives on product lists, contract renewals, on shelf display, shelf space and facility space.
Ensure optimum and prominent display of company’s products using available merchandising tools
Contribute to pricing schedules, including pricing schedules per marketing strategies like discount sale and freebies
Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
المهارات
Educational Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree in Management or equivalent
Experience: 4 - 5 years in field sales (cooperatives) in a Medium to Large Scale Manufacturing Company with atleast 2 years management experience.
Linguistic Abilities: English and Arabic

1. Detailed knowledge of principles, policies, procedures, and internal processes pertaining to Sales
2. Adequate knowledge and understanding of the Manufacturing industry and related leading sales practices.
3. Well informed on local as well as regional best practices
