Knowledge of SMB products such as; IP Office, IPOCC, ACCS, WFOS
Knowledge of enterprise products such as; CM, SM, SMGR, AES, SBC, AAM. Gateways and servers contact center and its applications such as; Elite, AACC, Oceana, CMS, WFO, POM, AAEP
Video conferencing solutions such as; Scopia and Equinox.
Contact Centre, Recording, WFO, WFM and Applications Solutions.
