الوصف الوظيفي - Create and implement security procedures & processes as per international standards. - Develop and implement preventive & safety measures against accidents, thefts and any other risks. - Train and schedule related programs/courses to security personnel. - Evaluate, assess and analyze performance of security personnel. - Initiate disciplinary actions whenever & wherever necessary in coordination with operations management. - Daily patrolling to ensure premises are free from all kinds of dangers. - Monitor screening of visitors before allowing them to enter the premises. - Installation and maintenance of security devices and ensure all are working properly and in good condition. - Ensure compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures. - Maintain records, prepare and present reports to the management as instructed. المهارات - 5+ years of similar experience. - Must have a transferable visa and valid Kuwaiti driving license. - Must be able to communicate well in Arabic and English. - Technical expert - Quality & Results oriented - Planning & Organizing - Analytical thinking - Adaptable & Flexible - Initiative - Teamwork تفاصيل الوظيفة
