• Ensure the correctness of each Sales Contract w.r.t. price, specifications, and production Capabilities & Commercial terms.
• Update Sales /management with any irregularities in the Sales Contract
• To coordinate Production scheduling in SAP with the production Team.
• To ensure the correctness of Letter of Credit received from customer and get it amended as per requirement. Check & Train Team Members.
• To ensure timely negotiations of documents under various Letter of Credit with accuracy.
• Coordinate with Banks for all L/C related issues and resolve the same.
• Prepare plant order load analysis and release orders for production as per customer delivery dates. The Order Load report has to be made available every Thursday.
• Coordinate with shipping lines for timely loading of export orders with appropriate documentation available at all suitable times. Check & Train Team Members.
• Respond to all queries from sales/customers
• Coordinate with purchasing for inventory planning of slow moving facing & packing material.
• To Coordinate with Purchasing Supervisor for urgent requirements needed for production.
• To communicate with Senior Manager – Supply Chain for all the issues related to E H&S;.
• To coordinate with the Warehouse for shipping out material as planned and to achieve an on time delivery of 95%.
• Reduction of Customer complaints to 10 per month and Analyze the reasons for the complaints so as to avoid the repeated complaints.
• To close All Non-Technical Claims within 7 Days.
• To ensure CONQ is < 0.08% of the Total Sales.
• To reduce the Finished Goods stock in the warehouse by allotting F/G non-moving stock to the Order received.
• To ensure the SAP Customer Master Data is updated and Accurate.
• Adherence to the Integrated Management System to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and CE Certification.
• Follow all EHS and Safety norms as prescribed by the policy.
• Monthly discussion with Warehouse Team for customer complaints related to warehouse and analyze the reason for the complaints so as to avoid repetition & also discuss with Senior Manager – Supply Chain.

Graduate in any discipline, Proficient in SAP, MS Excel skills & Good Analytical & Follow up skills.
