MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB Responsible for the successful management of all new business development activities, resources, budgets and operations of the incubator, enabling rapid development of opportunities into concept and prototype (e.g. Media, MFS, …etc), launching it, before handing it over to normal operations once the incubated opportunity is up and running. JOB OBJECTIVES
Lead the foundation of new businesses and structure incubation technical facilities to empower their commercialization
Forge and be the liaison of partnerships, alliances and sponsorships creating a value sharing model that favors all parts involved; evaluate and seek potential funding sources
Identify un-tackled customer use-cases and then create, track and implement potential solution incubation plans with their corresponding commercial model to the end client
Develop platform based solutions in disruptive technology areas that are close to core business with growth potential
Create the right ecosystem to help VIVA Kuwait act as a catalyst of new business development.

Microsoft Office Suite (MS word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access).
Ability to work under pressure and deliver.
Team work aptitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Entrepreneurial mind-set, capacity to prepare and launch new ventures
Ability to explore and understand potential of new business opportunities
Fluency in languages - Arabic and English
