The AMS Administrator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring workloads for employees and contractors. This role will be in charge of administration and operation of the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system from an operational maintenance perspective. Your Responsibilities Continuously monitor the work order list and call list on the system; review suspended work orders on a regular basis and ensure that suspension reason is identified in the system; monitor and progress the actions on suspended work orders through to a successful completionCoordinate the transfer of work orders between skill sets and shifts to effective completion within KPIs and SLAsEnsure that work orders are raised to cover any remedial actions identified for both employees and contractorsCoordinate store requirements to ensure timely ordering, delivery, and issuance of materials; monitor overdue itemsEnsure that the Asset Register is up-to-date, and all assets are correctly assigned to their correct location and data field sets, and that relevant maintenance plans are applied to assetsRecord all works carried out and materials used; keep all supplier lists and staff resource lists up-to-date on the systemEnsure quality information is delivered to users through a range of reports and other media in accordance with timelines and requirementsMaintain all aspects of systems security including setting up new users, assigning permissions, and reporting on user activity; assist in identifying system training needs and user requirementsBe a key member of the system user group; play a pro-active role in the development of the system, discuss current systems issues, and seek input from users regarding ongoing development of the systemWork with the Helpdesk team to ensure the correct level of accurate information is recorded, enabling them to answer customer enquiriesTake the lead on the review and development of ALP asset planning policies and practicesThrough analysis, assist in identifying assets that may be considered for replacement, and those that may be over or under maintainedCarry out physical quality checks and document findings; take corrective actions as requiredMaintain an awareness of current legislations, guides, and standards which could affect asset maintenance planning Your Qualifications Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in IT or EngineeringAdvanced MS Microsoft Office skillsMinimum 5 years’ experience in AMS, CAFM, Global Maximo or equivalent Your Proficiencies Good understanding of HSE and technical requirements for the operation and maintenance of buildings and engineering servicesStrong organizational skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and work closely with technical and non-technical staff at all leve https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/administrator-asset-management-system-ams-4105720/ |
