Key Responsibilities:
· Provide inputs to management for budget planning for various projects
· Control and monitor project budgets
· Verification and certification of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors and record all project expenditures.
· Provide planning and cost control support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of client billing processes, etc
· Provide commercial review support for Purchase Order, Subcontracts and Service Orders
· Monitor the project implementation in line with contract requirement and exercise the variation order process, as required with clients
· Coordinate and work with Project Team to resolve project issues to ensure the completion of projects within budget
· Attend project meetings and discussions with the project team and clients, as required
· Prepare and present reports related to the cost performance of the projects
· Prepare, monitor and control Risk and Opportunities of various project phases
· Undertake any other ad-hoc duties, as required
المهارات
Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, with minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
Minimum 5 years relevant and similar capacity in project estimating and cost controlling
Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting. Experience and sound knowledge in EPC practices and derive cost estimates for the corporate processes and construction projects.
Should be capable to interface with client, vendors and subcontractors
Must be fluent in English, working knowledge in costing & project management tools, reporting & documentation skill and leadership & decision-making skills.
To work in office and/or site based as per organization’s requirement
