الوصف الوظيفي Responsible for overseeing team of Administrators doing day to day operations of the IT computer systems, servers throughout the company ensuring 24/7 availability. Ensuring compliance to Information Security Policy, and reporting of security incidents. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Functional Take ownership for escalated issues, through to resolution. Co-lead and manage hardware/software selection, development, implementation, and/or the integration with other existing applications. Conduct system integration testing.Ensure timely response to work requests which include but are not limited to problem trouble-shooting, root cause analysis, executing scheduled changes, performance analysis, HW/FW maintenance, provide storage etc.Gather support requirements from clients, maintain inventory of supported environment and provide weekly reports on work activity.Manage systems maintenance and updating as necessary.Assure SLA compliance and proper systems operations.Ensue appropriate IT systems and documentation are maintained.Follow up on new emerging technologies, and recommending new solution tools for monitoring the systems devices.Be available to respond to user and colleague enquiries and escalations outside working hours. People Management (same for all Team Leaders) Manage the workflow and resources of the team to meet targets in line with guidance from direct Manager.Coach, develop and motivate the team, both individually and as a group, including performance appraisals. General (same for all Team Leaders) Ensure all Company and Department policies and procedures are followed.Follows IT standards and defined processes and policies for workflow using a systematic approach, to complete assigned tasks. IT Security Implement and act in accordance with the organization’s information security policies.Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference. EDUCATION Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent.ITIL Certified. WORK EXPERIENCE (same for all Team Leaders) Minimum 6 years’ experience in a related field.Preferably at least three years’ experience leading a team of people Other requirements Must be holder of valid passport.
