•Accountable for the total implementation of approved programs and operations on the rig.·
•Responsible for operational planning, executing, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on all drilling and completion related activities
•Ensure well programs are carried out in a safe and efficient manner
•Communicate job expectations to all team members at the wellsite and ensure that all parties involved in the execution of the program at the wellsite fully understand the well program
•Organize a rig site pre-spud meeting at the beginning of each drilling or completion phase with each drilling or completion crew and third party service providers
•Provide accurate forecasts with respect to equipment, personnel needs, performance issues, improvement areas, and insure smooth integration of product lines and partners within the project
•Preparation of well engineering design and operational plans for drilling of wells in area of responsibility including well planning, casing design, material and equipment selection, log evaluation, quality assurance and post-job evaluation
•Monitor and apply current best practices and technological advancements to all operations
•Prepare and participate in peer reviews, peer assists and other quality assurance activities related to drilling engineering
•Provide operations and engineering support to field level operations
•Communicate effectively with well site supervisors, project Well Engineers on a daily and as needed basis, and make recommendations to optimize drilling performance
•Cost / Risk analysis and AFE preparation for drilling operations
•Ensure that actual well costs and other pre-defined KPIs are monitored and benchmarked against offset data and pre-defined well objectives
•Participate in and conduct customer presentations & meetings, as needed, including travel to other office locations
•Comply with BHGE’s HSE policies and guidelines as per IWS Management System. Contribute to improved HSE standards by setting example by safe work practices
•Participate in implementation of QA procedures as per IWS Management System and contractual requirements
•Conduct business according to our BHGE Culture Pillars
المهارات
Qualifications/Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or other petroleum industry related 4 years degree
•Well Control Certification
•Minimum 15 years in the petroleum industry with engineering and operations experience associated with drilling integrated services and multi-service contracts.
•Minimum 12 years in Drilling and Completion Operations.
•Minimum 5 years in leading/supervisory roles
•Proven experience working and managing Integrated Projects
•Experience working with an IOC or
•NOC company in Drilling and Completions department.
•Experience in LSTK
Desired Characteristics:
•Strong knowledge and understanding of drilling and completion operations as well as HSE, contracts, operational
•logistics and support
•Experience in Remote Land
•Environment and Heavy Duty Rig exposure (3000 HP)
•Demonstrate Well Construction, Bit selection, BHA design, hydraulics and torque & drag, drilling fluid selection, casing running operations, cementing operations, logging operations
