Medical Executive

الوصف الوظيفي
• Make costing sheets and technical analysis on commercial and technical offers from suppliers and comparing with client’s requirements and reporting to management for decision-making on sales and margin.

• Strategically source and select best suppliers from local or overseas that meets client’s technical specifications and delivery time requirements that help the company achieve orders, generate maximum profit and minimize costs.

• Prepare detailed commercial offers, technical compliance sheets and catalogs for RFQs and tenders.

• Ensure orders are delivered on time as per client’s deadline. Ensure appropriate packing, storage, transportation, and expiry date of medical supplies as per client’s standards.

• Make recommendations on alternatives for medical items requested by clients.

• Ensure logistics risks are minimized and delivered on time when ordering medical products from overseas and solve problems if arises.

• Build database of potential suppliers. Travel is required for attending medical conferences in overseas to build contacts of new suppliers and develop possible partnerships and exclusive distributorships for promising products in Kuwait market.

• Review and negotiate medical supplies/services contract agreements with clients under management’s supervision.

• Responsible for inventory control and maintenance of company’s Ambulance fleets and medical equipment.

• Responsible for regularly checking RFQs and tenders posted on MOH, KNPC, KOC, KOTC, KNG, CAPT, and PAAET and initiate to participate which are under medical’s scope.

• Building a database of possible new clients and maintain close follow-up with key clients and vendors.

• Prepare financial reporting on sales of medical products quarterly and yearly.
