- Experience: 2 to 5 years

- Job Type: BIM Architect

General Responsibilities

- Create and design the BIM model for the architecture and interior design.

- shall prepare the required mood boards for the project design.

- Minimum level of BIM model shall be (LOD300 ) and more.

- Creative design concepts for architecture projects.

- Prepare the required working drawings set for the final project submission.

- Able to prepare the final BOQ using the BIM tools ( preferable using Autodesk Revit)

- Creating new library components.

- Preparation of 3d models.

- Printing the final set of drawings and tender.

- Able to work with construction site team.

- Field co-ordination with the construction team.

- Site visits to ensure the design is executed as approved.

المهارات
Skills & Experience:

- Advanced skills using Autodesk Revit ( the BIM approach)

- Dynamo or Grasshopper ( is a plus)

- 3ds Max (V-RAY – Corona Renderer …etc)(Realistic rendering)

- Advanced level using LUMION 3D. ( Rendering Photos & Animation Design)

- Advanced Modeling techniques.

- Construction processes know-how and documentation.

- Parametric Design & Visual Programming ( is a plus)

- Tendering Documents.
