A Leading Auto Spare parts company is seeking to recruit Sales & Marketing Rep to promote and sell its brands in Jordan and neighboring countries;
Job Responsibilities
Build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue through promotional and marketing events
Reporting to Head of After Sales
Main Objectives;
• Responsible for spare parts sales and marketing for the Region.
• Development of spare parts turnover, market share and service level in the region by closely cooperating with distribution network
Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing
• Develop and implement overall marketing strategy for spare parts in the region, ensure achievement net revenue and group contribution targets, P/L responsibility
• Parts volume planning, target agreements, monitoring and reporting
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and collect business intelligence
• Carry out market supported pricing activities (SNP, OTD)
• Develop annual parts marketing plan, carry out spare parts campaigns, prepare tactical spare parts offers, support aftermarket spare part sales in the region
Market Management
• Ensure continuous support to Company dealers and distributors
• Strong market presence, customer visits and liaison
• Support after sales readiness activities for new product launches
• Coordinate market deep dive studies, develop measures and follow up implementation
of Logistics and Stock Management
• Monitor parts express deliveries
Prepare initial stock and stock replenishment recommendations
• Make parts movement categorization and dead stock analysis, coordinate return shipments, credit note and scrapping activities
• Provide 1st level of parts technical consultancy
• Support pricing activities for service solutions, service packages, extended warranty offers and service contract tools

Knowledge/Skill/Experience
• Minimum 5 years experience in automotive industry
• Extensive knowledge of spare parts business, know-how of commercial vehicle business
• Knowledge of international import/export and customs regulations is required, past logistics experience is a plus
• Ideally experienced in dealing with international key accounts, government customers at wholesale level
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), experience in data analysis, knowledge of service and parts systems
• Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, Spanish & French will be an advantage
Qualification
• BA in Business, Management, Marketing or similar required.
