- Symantec Endpoint Protection
- SAN Storage
- How to work with Blade server
- How to work with fiber optics
- Must have MCITP 2008 Certificate
- Experience is required

2- IT Technical Support
- Work with Microsoft products
- Take images
- Use Active Directory
- Use File Server
- Use Print Server
- Use Cisco switches
- CCNA Certificate is recommended
- A+ Certificate is recommended
- Experience is required

3- Secretary
- Manages the IT-Department purchasing
- Receives problems calls
- Arrange the department’s documents
- Use Email
- ICDL Certificate is recommended
- Experience is not required
