Main Responsibilities
• Provide pro-active support by ensuring the smooth running of the executive office and managing this work environment. Great communication skills are also required
• To prepare confidential and sensitive correspondence, reports, statistical data and other documentation using word processing, desktop publishing, spreadsheet.
• Maintain up-to-date filing systems (physical and email) and ensure provision of accurate and up-to-date information.
• Prepare communication materials, charts, presentations and visual.
• Assist in the preparation of meetings and conference material
• Dealing with queries in Executives absence
• Liaising with members of the Executive’s team
• Organize meetings, conferences, workshops and other business related events
• Pro-actively prepare information for distribution across different communications channels - internal publications, the intranet, meetings, conferences, presentations etc within required timescales
• Ensure compliance with Group policies and regulatory requirements
• Screening all calls
• Liaise with other departments within the company
• Creating reports & presentations
• Any Adham duties as required
Profile - Graduate of any relevant degree
- Excellent people management skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent English/ Arabic writing speaking
Experience 3 - 5 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management )
