Instrument Supervisor
Job Description:
Execute operations, testing, maintenance, repairs of temperature and pressure transmitters, positioners for control valves, vibration monitoring systems, DCS, Fire and Gas, etc.
Duties:
Organize instruments routine checks.
Troubleshooting and problem solving.
Ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations. Fixing faults onsite.
Provide advice and consultancy support.
Keeping Maintenance Coordinator informed of progress.
Experiences / Skills:
Bachelor in industrial engineering (Instrument or equivalent). with 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry and minimum 5 years as Instrument Supervisor in Gas Turbine Power Plant or similar project. Good English knowledge.
Knowledge of P&ID;diagrams, plant instrument location drawings, wiring diagram, cable schedules, interconnection drawings, loop drawings, on/off and control valves, DCS, PLC, etc.
Must have finger dexterity, effective communication skills and a knack for solving complex problems.
Ability to manage time appropriately. Type organization.
Strong organization and leadership skills.
Excellent written and oral communication and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with all levels.
Ability to organize work.
Developed knowledge of risk management and safety requirements. Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works. Knowledge of plant process.
Instrument Technician
Job Description :
Technical role for instrument and control, diagnostics and repair.
Duties:
Repair instruments failures.
Ensure maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness. Troubleshooting instruments and control loops.
Repair or replace control devices such as switches, proximity sensors,
pushbuttons, contactors, motor starters, transmitters, etc. Perform work order repairs, inspections and adjustments.
Work directly with operating personnel to isolate and repair problems. Training maintenance personnel on equipment control.
Assist maintenance personnel with other repairs when needed.
Preparation of instruments before start-up of process equipment, tuning-up and adjustment of instruments, control over operating and process parameters.
Detection and troubleshooting of instruments.
Assurance of operability of Fire and Gas systems, alarm and warning systems, availability of firefighting means.
Assures timely performance of calibration, gaging and proving of instruments, preparation for scheduled technical maintenance, changeover of defective equipment.
Keeping Instrument Supervisor informed of progress.
Experiences / Skills :
Secondary technical education with 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry and minimum 2 years as Instrument Technician in Gas Turbine Power Plant or similar project.
Ability to use and interpret phase testers, multimeter instrument, megohmmeter and other testing equipment.
Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings.
Ability to write detailed repair reports as well as good verbal communication.
Expertise and proficiency with basic office computer software and the ability to learn how to effectively use maintenance software to input data and research parts.
Understand and follow oral and written directions. Ability to work in team.
Control Room Supervisor
Job Description:
Technical expertise regarding process controls, system operations and overall process efficiency of all utilities.
Duties:
Assist in process troubleshooting.
Assist in shutdown planning and execution. Assist in efforts to optimize plant operations.
Must adhere to all COMPANY’s policies and safety rules. Must be able to work rotating shifts and extended hours. Record the performances of the machines.
Solve process problems that may arise in any appliance.
Oversee start-up and maintenance gas turbines and related utilities. Keeping Operations Coordinator informed of progress.
Experiences / Skills:
Bachelor in industrial engineering (Instrument, Electrical or equivalent).10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry and minimum 5 years as Control Room Supervisor in Gas Turbine Power Plant.
Good English knowledge.
Process focused, detail oriented, with an aptitude for the interpretation of process data.
Strong oral, written, listening, documenting, teaching and communication skills.
Knowledge on all utilities system. Knowledge on rotating equipment. Good interpersonal skill.
