** A Well-known Construction Company In Baghdad Urgently Needs HSE & QMS Engineers:
1- (( HSE Engineers ))
-- Works with and through management, to ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures and to assist in the achievement of profitability/productivity requirements.
** Main duties and responsibilities:
-- Assists, plans and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, and international regulations including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
-- Advises safety director on safety compliance concerns and preventative actions.
-- Plans and implements training for employees in work site safety practices.
-- Maintains safety files and records.
-- Performs safety surveys and inspections, prepares written reports of findings and recommendations for corrective or preventive measures where indicated and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented.
-- Conducts post-accident investigation and prepares report identifying possible accident causes and hazards for use by company personnel and senior management.
-- Assist, set up and conducts training.
-- Assists in the development, evaluation and upgrading of safety programs.
** Requirements:
-- Occupational Health and Safety Degree / International recognized certificate
-- 7 to 10 year experience in Health and Safety field.
-- Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
-- The ability to demonstrate the application of risk assessment to company operations and activities.
-- Excellent Incident Investigation skills and excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills.
-- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
2- (( QMS Engineers ))
-- Professional engineer with a broad QA/QC experience in Design, Procurement, Construction and Project Management. Shall be a Graduate Engineer (B.Sc. Eng. / BE/B.Tech.) either in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Welding / Electrical / Instrumentation/Civil engineering as appropriate.
-- Shall have minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in onshore oil and gas facility construction.
-- Shall have management experience in establishment, operation and maintenance of quality management system in accordance with ISO/TS 29001 / ISO 9000 with the capability of developing quality system, quality plans, work procedures and inspection plans.
