1- Mechanical Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
SPECIALISED IN HVAC, Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles, Investigate design failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to main contractor crew.
6. Review the design of drawings, using drafting tools or computer-assisted design/drafting equipment and software.
Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications
2- Quantity Surveyor
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
SPECIALIZE IN TAKING OFF QUANTITIES AND FIDIC Liaising with all the team to assure the quantities of the work and the reviewing cash flow, Responsible to establish the cost, review the contract and specifications of the project by stating clearly the terms and conditions, studying and understand the contract offered, Do a weekly, monthly progress report to the Project Manager, Review and prepare all letters draft in relation to the contract document (FIDIC).
