Nature of Job: New Client Acquisitions
Job Location: Sharjah / Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for new client acquisition and farming the existing accounts.
• Responsible for meeting Business goals on the new Headcount acquisition and Revenue.
• Prospecting through cold calling and other channels.
• Create healthy pipeline.
• Ability to hunt and farm large accounts.
• Demonstrate strong ability to manage multiple Sales opportunities simultaneously.
• Forecasting monthly & quarterly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame.
• Analyzing latest marketing trends (including competition).
• Develop high level relationships with Client’s.
• Demonstrate ability to manage internal stakeholders to meet client expectation at a regular basis.
Role:
• Sales Manager shall own and oversee activities of the new client acquisition as well as handle assigned accounts.
• Should be able to build and maintain relationships with decision makers in clients resulting in new acquisitions and upsell.
• Grow business by achieving revenue targets with new and existing clients by means of portfolio expansion, new service offerings.
• Become a trusted service partner by meeting client needs and exceeding client expectations.
