POSITION SUMMARY you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of coffee delivered to our customers is of the highest quality. Creating and delivering timely, efficient, and coffee of the highest standards are all important aspects of your role. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - ENSURING EVERY COFFEE BEEN PRODUCED BASED ON DARKDOOR MANUAL STANDARDS. - TRANSFER KNOWLEDGE BETWEEN TEAM MEMBERS ON THE LATEST IN BARISTAS NICHE MARKET. - CREATE AND IMPROVE THE COFFEE PRESENTATION FOR THE CUSTOMERS. - ENSURE FREQUENT CLEANING OF THE COFFEE MACHINES BASED ON THE MANUAL STANDARDS. - ADHEARE TO THE ORDER DETAILS TO AVOID ANY WASTAGES.
