Hiring Quantity Surveyor
Job Location: Sharjah UAE
Our company is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team
The Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
• Evaluate project drawings and specifications to identify any discrepancies or issues
• Conduct on-site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Analyze project costs and prepare cost reports for management
• Manage all procurement activities, including preparing tenders and contracts
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Excellent knowledge of cost management, quantity surveying, and procurement processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
