We are looking for a professional HR specialist to achieve a variety of related managerial tasks. Such as: posting job ads, updating HR database and employee’s database.
HR specialist position involves excellent administrative skills and the ability to handle information confidentially and Apply HR policies and procedures
Responsibilities
• Sustain employee records (soft and hard copies)
• Bring up-to-date HR databases (e.g. new hires, vacation and sick leaves)
• Contribution in payroll preparation (e.g. absences, bonus and leaves)
• Prepare HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate HR training
• Support all administration departments
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Arrange for orientations for new employees
Requirements and skills
• HR experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator
• HR experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
• Admin experience with MS Office/ Excel applications
• Knowledge of labor regulation
• Excellent organizational skills
• Outstanding time-management skills
• Brilliant Teamwork skills
• Language: English fluently. (Native Arab preferred)
• Location: Al Taawun Street, Al Mansouri Tower, Floor 01, Sharjah, U.A.E, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
