Urgently inviting applications for the below position:
• Must be available at UAE.
• At least 2 years’ previous experience in the similar position within a hotel environment.
• Constantly apply standard operating procedure in your department
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedure
• Ensure and supervise daily preparation of food for the staff canteen and appropriate inter kitchen transfer
• Avoid or minimize food wastage
• Ensure that all things place is kept according to the business volume
• Ensure that all equipment in area of responsibility is in working order and report all faults to supervisor or management
• Pay attention to energy conservation, ensure the minimum use of energy at all times
• Ensure the job is done according to standard operating procedure and employee handbook
• The candidate should be/have:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Arabic literacy will be an added advantage
• Committed to deliver a high level of service
• Excellent grooming standard
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Passion for producing high quality food and knowledge of the current food trends , approach food ina creative way
• Handle hot and sharp tools
• Standing and walking for long hours
• Frequent bending,lifting and carrying weights
• Able to work underpressure
