We have worked in partnership with our clients supplying local recruitment services since 2018. Our service focuses on partnering with our clients providing them with qualified staff according to companies’ standards and policies.
We are looking for Recruiters to manage the full cycle of recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates and hiring them successfully.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates from different online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms), update job ads and conduct background checks.
Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
Identify and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, company standards, and the needs of the organization.
Screen incoming resumes and application form, select qualified candidates, and conducts phone interviews with candidates.
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Attend and participates in recruiting sessions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Provide recruitment reports to team managers.
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
Requirements:
Native Filipino speakers.
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University.
Work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role is desired, but not essential.
Fluent in English language, both written and spoken.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, and internet search.
Working in Saudi Arabia for at least 1 year is desired, but not essential.
Working in Manpower Agency or similar role is desired, but not essential.
Available for immediate hiring.

Adept in portraying excellent soft skills during interviews and formal meetings.
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
Depicting excellent command over meeting the dynamics of workspace.
Experienced end-to-end recruiter with sound command over conventional and digital hiring techniques.
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
Bachelor’s degree holder with a proven record of academic, internship, or work experience in hiring and recruitment activities.
