Responsibilities:
Prepares proposals/quotation/trip cost estimate/fuel quotations/permit cost offers/etc.
Manages and updates information of agents/suppliers and clients into the company’s system including maintenance of commercial records.
Sources, reviews, and negotiates terms/rates/contracts with existing or new agents/suppliers.
Sorts issues with agents/suppliers and clients during/after flight operations.
Coordinates and negotiates prices with agents/suppliers
Maintains close communication with clients to ensure procurement and status of flights.
Liaises with the operations department concerning details of confirmed flights.
Coordinates with accounting department concerning invoices, payments & terms.
المهارات
Requirements:
Experience in Aviation Industry is a plus
Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)
College or bachelor’s degree (preferably in business).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good level of communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented
High speed in typing is an advantage.
