Business development and sales activity within the assigned territory (signing up new clients to work with Avjet Routing mainly for their international trips for fuel, ground handling, permits and flight planning), achieving clear sales target in timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Client retention - ensuring existing clients within the assigned territory are working to their max. Potential with Avjet Routing.
Liaising with the operations and fuel departments to ensure service quality is maintained as well as any customer concerns and complaints are responded to in a timely manner.
Paying visits to new and existing clients from time to time to discuss new potential and iron out any existing issues.
Providing practical solutions to the management based on customer feedbacks as well as formulating strategies to help achieve growth in the assigned territory.
Keeping track of client’s creditworthiness through various means (including informal) to ensure minimum credit exposure risk to the company.
Conceptualizing innovative ideas which put in practice the company’s vision will be a plus.
Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Interact with clients’ day to day sales negotiations, tendering, and agreements
المهارات
Requirements:
Bachelor degree, vocational institute, or equivalent; college degree is preferred.
2+ years’ work experience; experience working in the aviation industry is a strong plus.
2 - 4 years prior experience in inside Business development and sales
Fundamental knowledge in the industry of corporate aviation industry, preferred
Working knowledge of computers and Windows, PC Windows, Microsoft Office, software.
Must be customer focused, organized, proactive and flexible. Must be able to effectively balance competing time demands. Effective customer service and interpersonal skills are essential. Must be a self-starter, motivated and able to set own priorities and daily activity requirements with minimal supervision.
Travel is required
