Responsibilities:
Prepares proposals/quotation/trip cost estimate/fuel prices/permit cost offers/etc.
Manages and updates information of agents/suppliers and clients into the company’s system.
Sources, reviews, and negotiates terms/rates/contracts with existing or new agents/suppliers.
Obtain material pricing and organize all the information into the company’s system.
Sorts issues with agents/suppliers and clients during/after flight operations.
المهارات
Requirements:
Experience in Aviation Industry is a plus
Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)
College or bachelor’s degree (preferably in business).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good level of communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented
High speed in typing is an advantage.
