الوصف الوظيفي We provide ticketing solutions for the following sectors: - Entertainment events large and small - Business events, event visitor registration services and badging. - Sport events - Football - Triathlons and Runs - Tourism attraction tickets - Box Office solutions for venue ticketing, including stadiums, theatres and cinemas (currently we serve 15 stadiums and one theatre LaPerle) - Marketing solutions for events - Cinema tickets aggregation Main job responsibilities: In charge of b2c web and app Working closely with marketing team In charge of Launching new SAAS solution which is currently 90% ready. Event dating functionality launch In charge of launching new loyalty programme Delivery product backlog. Collect and analyze business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders; Transforming ideas into detailed and thought out concepts; Manage all stages of product development, from creating documentation to analyzing post-release metrics; Design product interfaces in close cooperation with product designer; Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and new features; Conduct and analyze various A/B testing use cases and optimizations to improve conversions; Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps; Present weekly and quarterly results and strategy to the team and stakeholders, drive and motivate the team. Qualifications: 2+ years experience in product management English proficiency is a must (ability to speak and write to English native speakers) Experience at product stat, metrics, and A/B testing Experienced with agile planning, development and communication management tools: JIRA, Slack and similar Experienced working as part of a distributed & remote team A great sense for business, technology, and UX -with proven ability to work with business stakeholders, and developers, in a dynamic environment. Ability to ask the right questions, and use both quantitative and qualitative metrics to answer them. Experience working across multiple teams and delivering platform-wide solutions would be an advantage Experience of working on mobile apps would be an advantage Experience of working on ticketing platform, e-commerce website, marketplace would be an advantage Work mode: Full time / In-office with possible remote work upto 30 days a year. 21 working days paid holiday.
