الوصف الوظيفي Job Requirements: *Strong Understanding of MySQL Database concepts and to create its schemas. *Strong Understanding of C++ Programming. *A good knowledge of WEB technologies such as HTTP, XML, JSON and experience working with a Web server. *Strong understanding of Object-Oriented methodology (OOP). *A good understanding of front-end technologies, such as JS, HTML5, and CSS3. *Strong unit test and debugging skills. *Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. *Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling. *Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git. *Strong analytical capabilities. *Excellent troubleshooting skills. *Good verbal and written communication. *Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. *Highly motivated with a strong work ethic upholding integrity and confidentiality as core values.
