Workdays: Sunday to Thursday (as per the current sched) Timings: 9am to 6pm (as per the current sched) Friday off & UAE Holidays Area of employment: Al Wahda St, Sharjah (very accessible from & to Dubai) Walking distance to supermarkets, malls like Sharjah City Centre, convenience stores, & a lot more. Low cost of living, cheap rents available nearby. Salary: To be discussed Applicants who can start immediately is a priority. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Ø Receives inquiry - phone or email. Ø Depending on the product, sends request for quotation to suppliers (local/overseas) for pricing. Ø Receives quotation from suppliers then makes quotation as per the company’s existing costing format. Ø Assists the client with additional request for product data sheets (info is same in the quotation, other details are already provided in the existing file format). There are also shop drawings which are prepared by either our own draftsman or from overseas factory. Ø Receives LPO (local purchase order) from client as per the approved quotation. Ø Coordinates with Accounts for invoicing the client according to the agreed payment terms. Ø Prepares Sales Order for every sale. Ø Processes orders to suppliers & coordinate with Accounts for payments. Ø Assists the client with any questions related to their order status & after-sales inquiries. Ø Arranges shipping of orders from overseas suppliers through our local logistic partner. Ø Coordinates with other members of the organisation for resolution of issues. المهارات Ø Good interpersonal skills. Ø Proficient in the English language both written & verbal. Ø Knowledge in email & phone etiquette or with customer service-related experience is an advantage. Ø Knowledge in MS Office – mainly Excel. Ø Willing to learn & fast learner. Ø Good initiative skills. Ø Goal oriented & self-reliant. Ø Keen eye for details. Ø Good self-management skills. Ø Possesses a positive attitude.
