We are on the close lookout for a dedicated VP to overseeing the daily sales activities, write sales reports and design effective sales strategies for our company while meeting our annual sales targets within assigned regions and accounts.
Sales Responsibilities includes but not limiting to:
Understand clients’ business model and strategies aiming at identifying new business opportunities, while being a reference for expertise and a true business partner
Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
While thinking big and paving the future, responsible and capable of leading the development and implementation of the business strategy and being fully accountable for his / her P&L;and ensuring pricing development, proposal writing, client presentations and budget control etc.
Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.
Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.
Job Location: UAE & GCC
Special Note : this position is open to candidates to apply from out of UAE even with experience outside country (must be in the same field)
المهارات
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a Business / related field.
Master’s degree in a business-related field may be advantage.
Experience in ICT Solutions is a must
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a sales leadership position.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a selling role and with Sales Telecom / Information Technology.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior (D/C-level) leadership role may be advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
Strong working knowledge of the company’s products, competitive products, and the market.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
