الوصف الوظيفي Who we are looking for? A person who is highly self-motivated and proactive in research, contacting experts or people in your network to fill knowledge gaps. At visually synthesizing complex problems, and can produce reports/proposals, hypothesis maps (a kind of mind/idea map that explains a concept and its possibilities clearly). We also run workshops and co-design labs with, or on behalf of, clients; hosting, facilitating, and producing materials for the workshop. What’s expected of you? - Synthesize information and visually communicate to partners and teammates, - Think strategically through problems and be proactive in outlining possible solutions in a clear and engaging way, - Be comfortable working in a distributed team, and engage in contributing to its evolution. المهارات - Have a minimum 3 - 5 years experience - Excel at visual communication and synthesis - Be highly proactive and self-motivated to develop the work and seek new opportunities - Demonstrate an ability to think strategically Skills (essential) - A visual narrative - Good at written production of materials - storytelling/narrative support - Eager and able to learn new concepts fast, in fields outside the world of design - Proficient in Adobe Suite, Illustrator, and InDesign - Self-directed and able to structure your own work across several projects/teams Skills (nice to have) - Data visualization to outline complex problems and concept ideas تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/strategic-designer-4422357/ |
