Property Co - Ordinator
Job Location: UAE
Role objective :
To support and promote residential & commercial property management services to the organization .
Min required 3- 8 years of experience in handling properties in UAE .
Bachelor degree with UAE D/L & own car is the minimum requirement for this position .
Key Responsibilities :
Handling of the entire residential & commercial properties .
Custodian for all rented commercial and residential properties .
Timely issuing of lease and notices to tenants to receive on time renewals and payments.
Timely payment collections and recoveries from the tenant.
Process maintenance requests and ensure maintenance work is completed accurately to the satisfaction of the tenant and as per time schedule.
Proactive approach with problem solving abilities with tenants.
Coordinate for advertising and promoting pending vacant properties.
Maintain accurate data base for all property management operations.
