Job opening in IFFCO Sharjah, UAE for an HR Administrator (UAE Based only) to assist in managing Factory based HR Admin & Operational duties like:
• Factory / Office HR Admin & Operational duties supporting Employees, Processes & Procedures.
• Prepares and maintain Employee’s Personnel records & update internal HR Data
• New Hire Orientation & Induction and timely support on employee queries about HR related issues.
• Administration of Labor Camp, Contractors Manpower, Transportation, Insurance, Facility Management, Visa renewals, medical, Company Cards, uniforms, Shoes, utilities, Stationary, Vehicle etc.
• Supports internal/external HR audits and prepare ad-hoc reports related to Headcount, Overtime, weekly-off compliances etc.
• Prepare PR’s, provides status of contractor’s SOA’s & supports HR Budgeting exercise.
• Assists payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules etc.)
• Supports in handling Discipline / Employee grievances & resolve issues related to employee insurance.
• Supports in renewal and record maintenance related vendor / tenancy contracts etc.
Work Experience: 2 to 3 years preferably in FMCG, Manufacturing (Factory / Plant environment)
