To oversee the operation of overall store management and enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and manage resources effectively in addition to managing sales activities in various product and service in the domain of Marine Sector.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES LINKED TO OBJECTIVE AREAS
• Accountable for branch day-to-day sales and to make sure monthly target have been achieved.
• Revenue enhancement for category in each AMIT Store .
• Maintaining effective customer relationships and design required business development call program.
• Monitoring all incoming and outgoing branch products stock.
• Maintaining products stocks inside the branch and assisting for proper displaying of the products inside the showroom.
• Handling petty cash allotted for the branch and maintaining expense records.
• Accountable for preparing shipment documents for the goods need to be shipped either against any customer invoice or even upon management request.
• Regular inputs for Marketing opportunity to increase the sales with (ROI) Return on investment plans.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team and arrange goods delivery for the customers.
• Accountable for handling daily sales cash, creating and submitting daily sales report to the accounts team.
• Prepare financial statement for the branch.
Desired Candidate Profile
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business studies, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Proven record of achieving revenue targets.
• UAE Driving License holders preferred.
Experience:
• 5 or more Years’ experience in the similar post.
Knowledge:
• Awareness of Marine Electronics/ NAVCOM products is an added advantage
• Hands on experience of working in ERP platform, MS Office etc.
